"Few people know that peyote is completely legal in Canada, as it has always been. Although mescaline, peyote's main psychoactive ingredient, is banned as a Schedule 2 drug, Canada's Controlled Drugs and Substances Act specifically exempts peyote (Lophophora)."
If it's legal it's usually a) cheaper and safer b) not a source of anxiety in any mind state. So, you're more likely to have a good trip.
Easy Rider - Trip Scene
The Doors- Peyote Trip (just listen to the Doors when you watch cause it's french i think)
Of coarse, you can always get a natural high by listening to the Spinners and Sonic Youth.
Meanwhile, here's some free TV Girl, this band is great.
oh i assumed we talking united states law here… for whatever reason. yeah i’ve thought about buying the cactus, but it grows really slowly and a decently sized one costs something like $45-60 at my local head shop. it takes about four buttons to experience a decent trip, so unfortunately for me, it’s not cheaper by a long shot!
have you seen the movie that second clip is from (“When You’re Strange”, for those who don’t know)? i was lucky enough to catch it the one night it was in town; they were one hell of a group and that’s one hell of a film.
I know you post a lot of National Geographic images and such, and I wanted to make a suggestion to you. http://pulchramundi.tumblr.com/ is the best NatGeo blog I've found, they post really high quality stuff. So, just thought I'd let ya know in case you wanted to check them out or anything. Okay.
that’s cool, thanks for letting me know about them! i always like seeing what other people get out of the national geographics from times past.
